What it includes:

Design & Architectural Services

  • Full architectural survey of the existing bathroom.
  • Complete redesign of the bathroom layout and vertical dimensions (where applicable).
  • Detailed architectural study, including:
    • 1 custom bathroom floor plan
    • 1–2 photorealistic 3D renderings

Demolition & Structural Works

  • Full demolition of the existing bathroom, including tiles, sanitary fixtures, and removal and disposal of all debris.
  • Selective demolition of the bathroom ceiling/roof to increase ceiling height (where structurally feasible).
  • Construction of new ceiling systems (faux ceiling / suspended ceiling) as required by the design.

Plumbing & Technical Installations

  • Installation of a new plumbing system with a central water distribution manifold.
  • Relocation of plumbing fixtures, including toilet, shower, and sink positions.
  • Preparation for wall-mounted sanitary fixtures where specified.

Tiling & Waterproofing

  • Installation of tiles on bathroom floor and walls.
  • Sunken / recessed tiled shower area (lowered shower floor).

Sanitaryware & Custom Elements

  • Installation of sanitary fixtures, including:
    • Wall-mounted or floor-mounted toilets.
    • External or concealed shower systems.
  • Construction or installation of custom fabricated sinks or vanity units.
  • Installation of shower glass panels or shower cabins.

Lighting & Finishing

  • Installation of architectural and ambient lighting.
  • Installation and connection of mirror lighting.
  • Final alignment, sealing, and finishing works.

Materials & Equipment

Materials, sanitaryware, tiles, custom fabrications, and specialty fixtures are selected jointly with the client following the design phase and are priced according to final specifications.

Not included in this offer (unless specified during design phase):

  • Heating units or underfloor heating systems.
  • Bathroom windows or skylights.

Due to the bespoke nature of this package, final scope, materials, and pricing are defined after completion of the architectural design phase and on-site inspection.
