What it includes:

Design & Architectural Services

• A complete architectural survey of the existing kitchen space.
• A complete redesign of the kitchen floor plan.
• Detailed architectural study, including:
  • 1 customized kitchen floor plan.
  • 1–2 photorealistic 3D renderings.

Demolition & Structural Works

• Complete removal of the existing kitchen, including cabinetry, countertops, and tiles, as well as removal and disposal of all debris.
• Wall modifications or construction of new partition walls where necessary.
• Construction of new ceiling systems (faux ceiling / suspended ceiling) as required by the design.

Plumbing & Electrical Installations

• Installation of a new water supply and drainage network for the sink and dishwasher.
• Creation of new electrical circuits for built-in appliances (oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator).
• Installation of new countertop and island outlets in ergonomic locations.
• Preparation of infrastructure for the range hood (ventilation).

Flooring & Wall Coverings (Backsplash)

• Installation of tiles or other materials on the kitchen floor.
• Installation of tiles or other materials on the kitchen wall (backsplash).

Carpentry, Countertops & Equipment

• Construction and installation of customized kitchen cabinets.
• Supply and installation of kitchen countertop.
• Installation of kitchen sink (undermount or inset) and faucet.
• Installation and connection of built-in electrical appliances.

Lighting & Finishing

• Installation of architectural and ambient lighting.
• Installation of concealed lighting above the kitchen countertop.

Materials & Equipment

Cabinet materials, countertops, tiles, and hardware are selected jointly with the client after the design phase and are priced according to the final specifications.

Not included in this offer (unless specified during design phase):

• Purchase of electrical appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, range hood, etc.).
• Heating units.

Due to the bespoke nature of this package, final scope, materials, and pricing are defined after completion of the architectural design phase and on-site inspection.
