This is a standard work package with a fixed price – offering more inclusions than our basic package.
Applicable to bathrooms where the total surface area of the floor and walls does not exceed 25 square meters.

Key upgrades included in this package:
- Re-arrangement of the bathroom layout (toilet may be relocated to a new position).
- Sunken / recessed tiled shower area (lowered shower floor).
- Architectural layout redesign with 3D visualization.
What it includes:
We fully undertake the technical implementation of the renovation, delivering your bathroom ready for use:
- Demolition of the existing bathroom, including tiles, sanitary fixtures, and removal and disposal of all debris.
- Architectural survey of the new bathroom layout, including:
- 1 photorealistic 3D rendering.
- 1 revised bathroom floor plan.
- Installation of a new plumbing system with a central water distribution manifold.
- Tile installation on bathroom floor and walls.
- Sunken / recessed tiled shower area (lowered shower floor).
- Installation of sanitary fixtures (floor-mounted toilet, external shower system).
- Installation of standard lighting and connection of mirror lighting.
Not included in this offer:
So that you have full control over the aesthetics and the cost of the materials, the package does not include the purchase of the following:
- Supply of tile adhesive, spacers, or leveling wedges.
- Supply of sanitary fixtures and bathroom furniture.
- Supply of bathroom accessories.
- Supply or installation of heating units.
- Supply or installation of bathroom windows.
- Supply or installation of shower glass panels or shower cabins.
