This is a complete bathroom renovation package that includes both labour and materials, at a standard price.
Applicable to bathrooms where the total surface area of the floor and walls does not exceed 25 square meters.
Price:
5.500€ + VAT
Conditions:
- No rearrangement of the bathroom layout (toilet remains in its original position).
- This package is strictly for the construction of a walk-in shower.
What it includes:
We provide all materials and equipment. We take care of the entire technical execution of the renovation, delivering your bathroom ready for use.
- Demolition of existing bathroom tiles and sanitary fixtures, including removal and disposal of all debris.
- Installation of a new plumbing system with a central water distribution manifold.
- Tile installation on bathroom floor and walls.
- Construction of a walk-in shower.
- Installation of sanitary fixtures (floor-mounted toilet, external shower system).
- Installation of standard lighting and/or connection of mirror lighting.
Materials & Equipment Included:
Unlike the “Labor Only” packages, this package includes the supply of the following materials:
- Supply of 60 × 120 cm tiles from our Tier 1 tile selection.
- Supply of tile adhesive, spacers, or leveling wedges.
- Supply of external shower set.
- Supply of bathroom cabinet with sink.
- Supply of faucet.
- Supply of mirror with integrated lighting.
- Supply of floor-mounted toilet.
- Supply of bathroom accessories (toilet paper holder, towel rail).
Not included in this offer:
- Supply or installation of heating units.
- Supply or installation of bathroom windows.
- Supply or installation of shower glass panels or shower cabins.
